TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Any waivering of these conditions in a given situation to cover exceptional circumstances, will be deemed to be made as a one off
alteration and will not constitute a waiver of all conditions.
PAYMENT
There is nothing to pay until you place an order. Samples provided during the design process are completely free and there is no
charge if you decide not to order. Cheques and Postal Orders should be crossed and made payable to Jenspens Design.
CHANGES OF DETAILS
You agree to notify Jenspens Design, as soon as possible, of any changes to details i.e. Names, dates, addresses etc and we will try to
make changes free of charge if production has not commenced.
DEPOSIT
50% of the calculated total order cost is required in payment before production commencement and the remaining balance is payable
before dispatch of your order, i.e. total order £300 = £150 deposit required and a further final payment before delivery of £150. The
deposit is non-refundable; however, we may refund, charging only a design fee of 10% of the order cost, if your order is cancelled and
production has not commenced.
PROOFS
We take the utmost care to produce your proofs to the details given; however, it is your responsibility to proof read and check that all
text is correct. You must sign, date and return the final proof or confirm acceptance by email.
COPYRIGHT
All completed artwork and designs are copyright of Jenspens Design and you are responsible for obtaining permission to use any artwork
or material you submit to be included in the finished product. You indemnify Jenspens Design against any legal action brought against it
for breach of a third party's copyright. Your personally presented artwork will not be used again in any further client's design, but may
be displayed with your permission in our gallery of styles.
DELIVERY
Delivery will be made by Royal Mail Special Delivery; however, we reserve the right to use other carriers. Every care is taken to pack
and dispatch your order; however, Jenspens Design cannot be held liable for any loss or damage in transit or situations beyond its
control i.e. discontinued materials and postal disruptions. A suitable alternative will always be made available. Delivery may be made in
stages i.e. you will need delivery of Save the Dates and Invitations before Orders of Service or Thank you cards. Delivery cost is £10
to UK Mainland. A signature will be required on delivery. Please remember this when choosing your delivery address.
DATA PROTECTION
Jenspens Design will not share any of your personal information with any third party.
You accept that all stationery is hand made and there may be slight variations between items. Your final proof is an accurate
representation of the final product. We cannot be held liable for natural aging of products.
